We are proficient in processing ultra-thin pipes with an outer diameter of 0.30mm and a wall thickness of 0.03mm, and achieve a cutting accuracy of ± 0.005mm. This ensures that the size of the stent skeleton is perfectly consistent, laying a solid foundation for uniform support and excellent flexibility of the stent in curved blood vessels.

 

2. Adopting leading wet cutting technology to maximize the protection of material performance

For the crucial control of the heat affected zone, we adopt advanced wet cutting technology. This process can effectively reduce the heat affected zone, avoid material burns and microcracks, and perfectly preserve the core properties such as superelasticity of nickel titanium alloy, ensuring the long-term fatigue life and safety of the bracket from the source.

 

3. Full process control, one-stop precision machining from cutting to polishing finished products

We ensure quality control throughout the entire process, from precision cutting, non-destructive deburring, precise thermoforming, thorough oxide removal to final electropolishing.
